Payment Terms
Cost: $400 (no gate fees or other fees)
Terms: Teams must pay prior to their first game (check made payable to “Virginia Bruins”). Your team will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
Refund Policy
Cancellation Cutoff: No refunds will be issued after the brackets have been posted on the tournament website on September 14, 2009.
Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances:
- If a team plays zero (0) games because the event is cancelled, the entry fee paid less $75 administration fee will be refunded.
- If a team starts or plays one (1) game and the event is subsequently cancelled, 50% of entry fee will be refunded.
- If a team starts or plays two (2) games and the event is subsequently cancelled, no refunds will be given.

Team Check In
Please check in with a tournament representative prior to your first game. USSSA team registration is required. Please have copies of your players' birth certificates on hand.
