Bruins Social Roster - (Protected) This document contains a list of all players, parents' names, phone numbers, mailing addresses, and email addresses.

Bruins Tax Receipt Form - (Protected) This is a form that we can use to issue receipts for donations to the team.  It has all the information required to make any donation tax deductible.

2009 Ornament Fundraiser - Download and print this form, then put it out at your work, take it around to neighbors, or whatever.  Let's sell a lot of these great ornaments!

Sponsorship Letter and Form - This document can be used to solicit sponsorships for the 2008/2009 season.  Please coordinate your efforts with the Fundraising Committee.
